Remove examples from a v1 offline-test dataset as a new dataset version. Earlier versions keep them.

`POST /v1/projects/{projectId}/datasets/{datasetIdentifier}/examples/remove`

- `example_ids` (string[], required) — The example IDs to remove from the dataset
