type: openapi-operation
---
Get stored check results for one trace; this does not trigger an evaluation. Missing or not_evaluated results are not passes or promises of a future evaluation: unsampled traces may remain unevaluated. Results include applicability, failures, example span IDs, remediation, and evaluation metadata. Each call checks one category: trace_health (default) for instrumentation health or conversation_view for Conversation View compatibility.

`GET /v1/projects/{projectId}/trace-health/traces/{traceId}`
