Legacy SDK-compatible v1 fetch endpoint backed by test_runs and test_items_wide, falling back to legacy experiment runs. For v1 test runs the results are keyset-paginated by example_id (default first 200 items); pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page. The legacy fallback ignores pagination params.
